Sunday Jazz Continues....checking out Doktor Pitt from Pharoah Sanders. This is from his Journey To The One album.
Pianist John Hicks, bassist Ray Drummond and drummer Idris Muhammad. were the main players Mr Sanders has on this album. Chris Hayes on guitar, Eddie Henderson on Flugelhorn and Babatunde on Congas, Percussion, Shekere also came through.
Of course Mr. Sanders was playing the hell out of those saxophones!! check this out!!
